Cookies start at $66 per dozen, with base prices increasing depending on the complexity of the requested designs. These base prices also increase with any optional design upgrades you choose to include.

I aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.

To confirm your order, full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, the hold on your requested date will be released, and your order will be canceled.

Once your payment is received, the order confirmation will be emailed to you.

Due to the custom nature of each order, a lot of preparation and planning goes into every cookie set, including the consultation. Therefore, no refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of your requested pick-up date or 3 weeks of your requested ship-by date. Otherwise, I will address any other concerns and accommodate them when possible.

The sooner you submit an order request, the better! Custom cookies take a considerable amount of time to create, and I ask for at least two weeks' notice. However, my calendar typically fills up about a month or two in advance, so I recommend submitting an order request as early as possible to secure your spot and avoid a rush fee.

Last-minute orders will only be considered as my schedule allows. A rush fee of 20% will also be added to your order.

I offer free local pick-up in Los Angeles, CA and shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.

All cookies are individually heat-sealed for freshness and stay delicious for up to 2 weeks at room temperature or up to 6 months when frozen in an airtight container. 

Just bring them back to room temp, still sealed and in the container, before opening and enjoying!

At this time, I'm not able to accommodate any dietary restrictions (i.e., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.). All of my cookies are made in a home kitchen where ingredients like wheat, dairy, eggs, and other allergens are regularly used. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that cross-contamination won’t occur. I never want to risk anyone’s health or safety, so I choose not to label or market my cookies as gluten-free or vegan.
